Ireland of Tomorrow - A Presidential Lecture Series

Earlier this year, RTÉ (Ireland's national broadcaster) held a three-part Series hosted by the President of Ireland, H.E. Mary McAleese and moderated by Irish talkshow host Joe Duffy.

Each programme had a sub-theme under the overall theme of "Ireland of Tomorrow" and each sub-theme was addressed by a guest keynote speaker - Martin O'Neill (Aston Villa Manager) "What it means to be Irish", Professor Louise Richardson (Harvard) "Ireland's Role in the World" and Pádraig Ó Ceidigh (Chairman Aer Arann) "Ireland - Economy or Society".

The series is now available on podcast (this can be accessed via the link to RTÉ's website below) and RTÉ recently installed a comment section on the web-page, so Irish people overseas can add their comments and join in the conversation.
